RETURNS POLICY
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase we will be happy to offer you a refund or exchange and it must be returned within 14 days of receipt. Pedro Luis Olivares S.L has 14 business days from the knowledge of the withdrawal for the refund of the money paid from the reception of the product purchased in our establishment.

• No sign of wear
• Return in the same condition you received it including all packaging, manual and guaranty
• Links removed, if applicable, must also be returned

Please note that we cannot be held responsible for returned goods that are lost in transit. In the event of a return you should proceed to send us an email with all details in the Returns Form in order we can issue a return number. Delivery costs of returned goods are on behalf of the customer, except the following cases:

• Wrong item sent to customer
• Faulty item due from Manufacturer
• Item damaged on reception

WRONG ITEM SENT
In case we make a mistake and send you a different item than what you ordered, please first of all accept. our apologies.

You must return the wrong item within a week including in the box the following: (1) document with your contact information, order number and item purchased, indicate the reason why you are returning your order and attach the shipping costs so that we can proceed to reimburse those expenses to you. (2) All accessories, original box, warranty and links.

Once we receive the incorrect returned product and inspect it, we will proceed to return your order with the correct item free of charge within 14 days.

FAULTY GOODS
All items are thoroughly inspected before they are shipped. In the unlikely event that you receive an item from us that is faulty, please return it within 14 working days of receipt, contact us and we will arrange a refund. Please follow the instructions as directed at all times.

Refunds for faulty items will be made within 14 days of receipt of the returned item to allow for careful inspection of the merchandise to ensure it is in a re-saleable condition.

The full amount paid by the customer will be returned by the same payment method used for your order, please note that refunds cannot be made to third parties.

After examining the returned purchase, if our experts determine that there is no fault with the item, the customer will need to accept the experts' decision.

ITEM DAMAGED IN TRANSIT
While we strive to provide first class service, including using good quality packaging to protect your watch or jewelry, some situations are beyond our control.

If you take delivery of a package and the contents have been damaged during transit, you may return the item to us within 14 working days of receipt for an exchange. Please contact us as soon as possible to arrange this.

UNWANTED GIFTS
If your gift is not what you wanted, refunds will only be made to the payment card used to purchase the merchandise. So if you buy a gift online, the "recipient" won't be able to get a refund.

If you want to return the merchandise, we will offer an exchange or credit for the value of the return within 14 days from the date you receive the item.

CANCELLING AN ORDER BEFORE DISPATCH
If you change your mind after placing an order, you can cancel it at any time before we dispatch it. You will need contact us as soon as possible and to give us your name and address details, as well as your order number to cancel your order. Please quote order number on all correspondence.

RETURNING PROCEDURE
If you wish to return an item purchased on our website, you have 14 days from receipt of the item to return it, including the following in the box:

(1) Document with your contact information, order number and item purchased, indicate the reason why you are returning your order and attach the shipping costs so that we can proceed to refund those costs to you.

(2) All accessories, original box, warranty card, and attachments along with the original shipping note and packaging to the following address:

Items purchased online can be returned by mail or directly to any of our boutiques in Murcia, Spain.

Unfortunately we cannot accept items that have been engraved, personalized or altered.
