Therefore all watches come with the branded box, instructions and the authentic 2 or more year international manufacturer's guaranty. Our relationship with the brands means that we can manage any after sales requirements you might have including full service and repairs (in and out of the guaranty period) in the unlikely event that anything were to go wrong.

The product dimensions supplied are intended to give an approximate indication of the size of individual products. Products shown may not be actual size. If for any reason you're not entirely satisfied with your purchase we will give you a full 14 days to change your mind. Just retain the packaging the watch was sent in and use the supplied label to send the watch back free of charge and we'll refund your payment card in full. All we ask is that the watch is sent back in an unworn, sellable condition. 

In Pedro Luis Olivares we consider that a watch is so valuable that is must be enjoyed daily. In order to do so, we offer one extra year of guaranty, extending the guaranty for one more year, starting the following day when the manufacturer's guaranty expires. This guarantee is only applicable to online purchases and will be made in our workshop approved and certified by the different brands, so it can only be applied through our establishments. Any repairs managed by other means, will not be assumed by Pedro Luis Olivares jeweler. 

The extended guaranty includes:

Repair or replacement of faulty components.
Hermetism test.
Product quality controls to be delivered within the parameters set by the manufacturer.
Repair workforce.
Shipping costs from our establishments to your home.

The extended guaranty will not be applicable if the damage occurs under any of the following circumstances:

Damage caused by an accident or misuse of the product
Damages caused by non-compliance with the instructions for use, or interventions and maintenance performed by third parties.
Aesthetic damages caused by use.
Damage caused by oxidation or corrosion.
Loss or theft is not included in this guarranty. 

Am I covered by a guarantee and guaranty when I buy a watch at PEDRO LUIS OLIVARES?
All watches come with a minimum two year international manufacturer’s guarantee. Along with your watch, you’ll also receive a guarantee card stamped and signed with the date of purchase from the concessionaire.
The leather straps are exempt of guarantee, as well as the batteries of the watches since in no case the brands cover it. However, Pedro Luis Olivares will offer a special guarantee for quartz watches that includes up to one year from the date of purchase, although in this case the shipping costs must be shared. The buyer must pay the shipping costs and we will return costs.

Which services are covered by the guarantee?
Free worldwide collection and return shipping of the watch in the event of a claim under the guarantee. Repair and maintenance is carried out by the manufacturer in the case of faults or defects covered under the manufacturer’s guarantee.

Is my watch covered by the usual manufacturer's guarantee?
All watches are delivered with their original box and papers and come with a minimum two year, international manufacturer’s guarantee. Along with your watch, you’ll also receive a stamped guarantee card signed with the date of purchase from the concessionaire.

Is the guarantee worldwide applicable?

What happens in the eventuality of a guarantee case?
In the eventuality of a guarantee case, please contact us directly. We offer both cost-free collection and delivery of your watch to the concessionaire as a part of the PEDRO LUIS OLIVARES Guarantee Service. The concessionaire will then forward your watch directly to the manufacturer, as described in the guarantee terms and conditions. Which documents are included with my watch?
All watches are dispatched with their original boxes along with the following documents: the user manual, a stamped guarantee card signed with the date of purchase, a certificate of Pedro Luis Olivares with the status of the watch and when applicable its accesories.
