The following terms and conditions (“Conditions of Sale”) are adopted by Pedro Luis Olivares S.L., which CIF is B73949679. A corporation organized under the laws of Spain and having its corporate headquarters at Avenida de la Constitución, 4 30008 in Murcia, Spain. These Conditions of Sale are made available as provided on this Website and shall apply to all sales of products that you (the “Customer”) may order from Pedro Luis Olivares S.L., (“Pedro Luis Olivares” or referred to as “we”) either (a) by phone to Pedro Luis Olivares Customer Service at +34 968 271 055 or (b) on Pedro Luis Olivares’s Website, at: “www.pedroluisolivaresjoyero.com” (the “Website”).
These Conditions of Sale apply only to sales made through this website or through Pedro Luis Olivares Customer Service. Sales conducted through Pedro Luis Olivares retail boutiques are not subject to these Conditions of Sale.
The Conditions of Sale applicable to any order placed through this website are those in force at the time that an order is placed. When you check the “I Accept” box at the order confirmation section of the website, you indicate your acceptance of these Conditions of Sale. If you refuse to accept these Conditions of Sale, you will not be permitted to order products from the Website.
Pedro Luis Olivares may modify the Conditions of Sale from time to time, within its independent discretion. If you are placing an order through the Website, then by checking the “I Accept” box and placing your order, you will be agreeing to be bound by the Conditions of Sale as may be modified from time to time.
2. ELIGIBILITY TO PURCHASE
Only individuals who (a) have reached the age of majority (eighteen in most countries), (b) are citizens or residents living in the European Community, may order products through the Website. If you are under the age of majority or otherwise unable lawfully to enter into a contract, you must have your parent or guardian place an order on your behalf and agree to these Conditions of Sale. Any orders placed in violation of this provision shall be null and void.
By placing an order through the Website, you represent that you are a true end-user of the product and will not deliver, sell or otherwise distribute Pedro Luis Olivares products or purchase Pedro Luis Olivares products for commercial purposes. 3. PRODUCT AVAILABILITY & ALLOWABLE QUANTITY
We are authorized retailers of every brand; therefore all of the products advertised on www.pedroluisolivaresjoyero.com are 100% authentic and are supplied by official brand country wholesalers.
All orders placed through the website are subject to availability and acceptance by Pedro Luis Olivares.
The product pages of the website can provide you with information regarding products that are currently available for sale. We only process orders of products in stock and it usually takes one working day to prepare it and send it. You may send us an email, use Live chat or call the Customer Service Center +34 968 271 055 and a Pedro Luis Olivares representative will provide you with further information as to product availability and assist you with your order.
Pedro Luis Olivares reserves the right to change the assortment of items on the website and may limit from time to time the quantity of products that may be ordered by a Customer in a single buying session. Currently, orders may not exceed five (5) timepieces or 25.000 €.
4. ACCOUNT REGISTRATION; PERSONAL INFORMATION; GUEST CHECKOUT
In order to place an order through the website, you must register and create an online account on the website. In order to register an online account, you will be required to provide correct personal information including your name, phone number, e-mail address, and confirm that you have reached the age of majority.

If you are ordering on the website, orders will be processed as follows: Once you have chosen a product, click on the “Add to Basket” button to place this product in your shopping bag. You may then decide to continue shopping for other products and add them to your order or proceed to “checkout” by clicking on this button. You may also remove one or several products you have selected by clicking on "Delete" next to the chosen product in the order. When you have finished please review your order, check the box next to “I accept” to indicate your agreement to be bound by these Conditions of Sale; then click on the "Confirm order" button on the website to complete and finalize your order.
When placing an order through the website, you will be required to provide other personal information, including: shipping address, billing address and payment details. You warrant that all personal information given to Pedro Luis Olivares is correct. Pedro Luis Olivares or its third party providers may collect additional information for security and anti-fraud purposes.
We do not have to accept your order and reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order once it has been placed. This may be done for example if:

6. PRICES, VAT AND SHIPPING COSTS
All prices shown on the product pages of the website are in Euro € and British Sterling Pounds £.
The website contains a large number of products and it is always possible that some of the prices on the website may be incorrect. We will verify prices as part of our sale procedures so that a product’s correct price will be stated when you pay for the product. We reserve the right to hold an order in the event of a price error and prices are subject to change at any time.
Payment must be made upon the submission of your order. We may withhold the products and/or cancel the contract between us if the price is not received from you in full in cleared funds.
Prices include Spanish VAT and breakdown will be on basket. In case the buyer is a company, once registered, prices will be shown without VAT.
Shipping price is FREE of Charge. You’ll not need to pay any extra cost aside the one of the product selected.
Payment for all products must be made online by Credit, Debit Card (VISA, MasterCard) or Paypal.
Once placed the order, you will receive an email Confirmation of the Order with the breakdown of the total price paid.

When ordering on the website, you will need to enter your payment details on the appropriate form.
All credit/debit cardholders are subject to validation and authorization by the issuer of the card. If the issuer of your card refuses to authorize payment to Pedro Luis Olivares, you will need to contact your card issuer directly to solve this problem, and Pedro Luis Olivares will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery.
In order to process your order, we, PayPal or a third party credit card processor, may perform a pre-authorization of your credit card. The amount of your purchase will be blocked on your credit card until your order is shipped to the shipping address you have provided to Pedro Luis Olivares, at which time, you will be sent an Order Confirmation and your credit card will be charged the purchase price plus any taxes and shipping. By placing your order, you will be deemed to have authorized Pedro Luis Olivares or its credit card processor, to perform such checks and, where Pedro Luis Olivares deems necessary, from time to time to transmit or obtain information that you have provided to Pedro Luis Olivares about you in order to authenticate your identity, to validate your credit card, to obtain an initial credit card authorization and to authorize a particular purchase transaction.
9. ACKNOWLEDGEMENT OF ORDER
Once you have placed your order through the website, you will receive an Acknowledgement of Order by email confirming the details of your order. This Acknowledgement of Order will contain an Order Number created by Pedro Luis Olivares. Please make sure that you save this Order Number for future enquiries. This Acknowledgement of Order is not an acceptance of your order. Following the transmission of the Acknowledgement of Order, Pedro Luis Olivares will conduct its security and anti-fraud checks and then process your order.
10. CONFIRMATION OF ORDER
Upon shipment of your order, following completion by Pedro Luis Olivares of its anti-fraud and security checks, Pedro Luis Olivares will send you by email the Confirmation of Order which will constitute the acceptance of your order by Pedro Luis Olivares and indicate the existence of a final and binding sales contract.
11. BRACELET ADJUSTMENT
Bracelet adjustment is available on those watches with adjustable bracelet. If you require a watch bracelet adjustment, please measure the wrist of future Watch owner and select on Product Page the size in cms. We will adjust de bracelet according to the measure received on the order. The removed links will be returned to you and included in the delivery package.
In case you need time to measure it, please select "Contact later" and we will hold the order until you confirm the wrist size in centimetres.
If you don't want to be adjusted, then proceed to add the product into the basket without selecting any option.
12. DELIVERY OPTIONS
HOME / OFFICE DELIVERY
We only accept orders for delivery to addresses in the European Union countries. Please note that Pedro Luis Olivares does not ship to Post Office boxes, military addresses or to hotels.
All deliveries within Europe are FREE of charge. Due to brands restrictions we can’t deliver our watches outside Europe that’s why we offer the possibility to collect any purchase in our store in Murcia, Spain. This option will appear on Checkout process.
Items will be shipped on a Delivery Duty Unpaid (DDU) basis, which means that all relevant import taxes and duties are the responsibility of the purchaser.
CLICK & COLLECT
We also have Click & Collect option for those customers outside the UE or for the ones who prefer to collect in our Store in Murcia, Spain.
Any customer willing to see the watch or expecting to have a full experience when buying a luxury watch purchase, we offer our customers the option to buy online and collect in our store in Murcia, Spain. This is also a way to reserve the watch you´re looking for and to make sure you won´t miss the opportunity.
ORDERS FROM OUTSIDE EU
For customers outside the European Union, as we´re restricted by brand to send you the watch, Click & Collect is the best option. You just need to select the watch, and at checkout select click & collect in order to reserve the watch. We´ll keep the reservation for 1 week. If for any reason you could not come to our shop, the reservation will be cancelled and we will make you a full refund of the amount paid to the same payment method used. If you´ll need more time to come, please let us know and will discuss the situation with you.
WE PREPARE ORDERS QUICKLY
Please note that orders received on regular working days from Monday – Friday before 12:00 AM will be ready to collect on same day, and orders received after 12:00 AM will be ready to collect the next working day.
Orders received from Saturday – Sunday, and or local bank holidays, will be ready to collect shipped on the next working day.
WHO & HOW TO COLLECT
In order to collect the watch purchased, the same person who made the order must present its ID or passport. If a different person will collect it, we must receive an email from the registered customer who made the order, stating the collector details.

13. SHIPPING POLICY
We will use reasonable efforts to ensure the following estimated delivery times from the date of your order if product is available. Once payment is cleared, overnight delivery shall be made if order is completed prior to 2 pm CET (excluding Pedro Luis Olivares designated holidays and/or closings for any reason) and will be free of charge.
Orders received on working days from Monday – Thursday before 12:00 AM will be shipped on same day, and orders received after 12:00 AM will be shipped the next working day.
Orders received from Friday – Sunday, and or local bank holidays, will be shipped on the next working day.
Orders from Spain, delivery can take between 1 to 2 working days. They are Trackable and fully insured.
Orders from rest of European countries, delivery can take between 3 to 4 working days. They are Trackable and fully insured.
NOTE: Some orders may take more time in case the payment needs to be revised.
Please note that in exceptional cases, express delivery may be delayed if you have requested bracelet adjustment or engraving. In such cases, the Customer Contact Center will contact you to propose other arrangements.
Each delivery package will contain, in addition to your purchased product: (i) all accessories, if any, (ii) a thank you card; (iii) the document holder including the Product Manual, as applicable, and the original Certificate of Authenticity and Warranty Card supplied by manufacturer.
14. OUR GUARANTEE TO YOU
We believe that all of our products are of the highest quality and will guarantee everything against manufacturing defects. This guarantee will stamped by our Jewellery store and sent with your order on production of proof of purchase. These rights are additional to and do not detract from your statutory rights.
Please be advised that if you have your item altered, repaired, or adjusted by another jeweller or company, then this will invalidate your guarantee and render it void. To protect the guarantee, all work must be carried out by a certified watchmaker of the watch’s or by our watchmaker here in Pedro Luis Olivares in Murcia.
We are an authorised dealer for all of the brands presented at Pedro Luis Olivares. Therefore all watches come with the branded box, instructions and the authentic 2 or more year international manufacturer's guaranty. Our relationship with the brands means that we can manage any after sales requirements you might have including full service and repairs (in and out of the guaranty period) in the unlikely event that anything were to go wrong.

- Any watch repair work will be carried out by watch professionals.
- You will receieve a minimum 2 year international manufacturer's Guaranty.
We try our best to ensure that the content in our Website is as accurate as possible, unless we are at fault we are not liable for any inaccuracies or errors which are beyond our reasonable control. In particular, we cannot guarantee that colours in our images will be rendered correctly on different computer monitors. The product dimensions supplied are intended to give an approximate indication of the size of individual products. Products shown may not be actual size. If you have any doubts about the colour, size or any other specification of the goods you wish to order, we recommend you read the product details information and you also can contact us prior to placing an order on the Website.
If for any reason you're not entirely satisfied with your purchase we will give you a full 14 days to change your mind. Just retain the packaging the watch was sent in and use the supplied label to send the watch back free of charge and we'll refund your payment card in full. All we ask is that the watch is sent back in an unworn, sellable condition.
ENJOY +1 ADDITIONAL GUARRANTY YEAR
In Pedro Luis Olivares we consider that a watch is so valuable that is must be enjoyed daily. In order to do so, we offer one extra year of guaranty, extending the guaranty for one more year, starting the following day when the manufacturer's guaranty expires. This guarantee is only applicable to online purchases and will be made in our workshop approved and certified by the different brands, so it can only be applied through our establishments. Any repairs managed by other means, will not be assumed by Pedro Luis Olivares jeweler.
The extended guaranty includes:
Repair or replacement of faulty components.
Product quality controls to be delivered within the parameters set by the manufacturer.
Shipping costs from our establishments to your home.
The extended guaranty will not be applicable if the damage occurs under any of the following circumstances:
Damage caused by an accident or misuse of the product
Damages caused by non-compliance with the instructions for use, or interventions and maintenance performed by third parties.
Aesthetic damages caused by use.
Damage caused by oxidation or corrosion.
Loss or theft is not included in this guarranty.
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase we will be happy to offer you a refund or exchange and must be returned within 15 days of dispatch. The only condition of this policy is that the item meets the following requirements:
• No sign of wear
• Return in the same condition you received it including all packaging, manual and warranty
• Links removed, if applicable, must also be returned
Please note that we cannot be held responsible for returned goods that are lost in transit. In the event of a return you should proceed with return request form in order we can issue a return number. Delivery costs of returned goods are on behalf of the customer, except the following cases:
• Wrong item sent to customer
• Faulty item due from Manufacturer
• Item damaged on reception
Wrong item sent
In case we made a mistake and sent you a different item of what you ordered, please first of all accept apologizes. You need to return the wrong item within 1 week including in the box the following: (1) the form you need to print by clicking HERE, state the reason of returning your order and attach the shipping costs so we may refund it to you. (2) All accessories, original box, the guaranty and links.
Once we receive the retuned wrong item, and we inspect it, we will proceed to send the correct item order free of charge.
All items are thoroughly inspected before they are dispatched. In the unlikely event that you receive an item from us, which is faulty, please return the item to us within 10 working days of receipt and fill the form you need to print by clicking HERE, and we will arrange the refund. Please follow the instructions, as outlined above.
Refunds for faulty items will be made within approximately 1 week of receipt of the returned item to allow for a careful inspection of the goods to ensure it is in a re-saleable condition. The full money will be refunded by the same method payment was taken. Please note that refunds cannot be made to any third parties.
After examining the returned purchase, if our experts determine there is no fault on the item, the customer will need to accept.
Item damaged in transit
Whilst we endeavour to offer a first class service including using good quality packaging to protect your watch or Jewellery, some situations are beyond our control. If you take delivery of a package and the contents have been damaged in transit, you can return the item to us within 10 working days of receipt for exchange. Please contact us as soon as possible to arrange this.
Should your gift be unwanted, refunds will only be made to the payment card used to purchase the goods. So if you buy a gift online, the ”recipient” will not be able to get a refund. If they want to return the goods, we will offer an exchange or credit for the value of the return within the 14 days of the date you received the item.
Cancelling an order before dispatch
If you change your mind after placing an order, you can cancel it at any time before we dispatch it. You will need to give us your name and address details, as well as your order number to cancel your order. Please quote order number on all correspondence.
If you would like to return an item purchased from our website, login into your account, select the item(s), print and fill the returns form by clicking HERE and enclose it with your order in its original condition, along with the original dispatch note, guarantee cards and packaging.
Items purchased online can be returned via post or through our directly to any of our stores in Murcia, Spain.
Unfortunately we cannot accept items that have been engraved, personalized or altered.

If you purchase a Pedro Luis Olivares product as a gift for a Gift Recipient, you will have the option to choose whether you wish to receive an invoice. If you choose to receive an invoice, Pedro Luis Olivares will send such invoice to your billing address by regular mail.
18. ACCURACY OF PRICING, PRODUCT DESCRIPTIONS
While Pedro Luis Olivares endeavours to verify the accuracy of any information it places on the website, or in advertisement, it makes no warranties, whether express or implied, in relation to the accuracy, reliability and completeness of such information. Pedro Luis Olivares does not confirm the price of a Pedro Luis Olivares product until a confirmation of order has been issued by Pedro Luis Olivares, indicating the existence of a binding sales contract. if a Pedro Luis Olivares product’s correct price is higher than the price posted on our website, then Pedro Luis Olivares will either contact the customer for instructions before shipping the order or cancel the order and notify you of such cancellation.
