All deliveries within Europe are FREE of charge. Due to brands restrictions we can’t deliver our watches outside Europe that’s why we offer the possibility to collect any purchase in our store in Murcia, Spain. This option will appear on Checkout process.

Items will be shipped on a Delivery Duty Unpaid (DDU) basis, which means that all relevant import taxes and duties are the responsibility of the purchaser.

SHIPPING TIMES

Orders received on working days from Monday – Thursday before 12:00 AM will be shipped on same day, and orders received after 12:00 AM will be shipped the next working day.

Orders received from Friday – Sunday, and or local bank holidays, will be shipped on the next working day.

Orders from Spain, delivery can take between 1 to 2 working days. They are Trackable and fully insured.

Orders from rest of European countries, delivery can take between 3 to 4 working days. They are Trackable and fully insured.

NOTE: Some orders may take more time in case the payment needs to be revised.

We also offer our customers the option to buy online and collect in our store in Murcia, Spain.

Orders received on regular working days from Monday – Friday before 12:00 AM will be ready to collect on same day, and orders received after 12:00 AM will be ready to collect the next working day.

Orders received from Saturday – Sunday, and or local bank holidays, will be ready to collect shipped on the next working day.

TRANSPORT COMPANY

Orders placed in Spain are shipped with Seur and orders placed in other European country will be shipped with Fedex.

TRACKABLE

You’ll receive an email along with a package tracking number as soon as your order has been dispatched. You’ll be able to follow the status of your delivery.

INSURANCE

Your package is fully insured against any damage or theft that might occur during shipping. Please contact us immediately if this happens. We require a signature for any goods delivered, at which point responsibility for your purchased goods passes to you. If you do not receive the goods in person (i.e. for gift orders or where an item has been signed for by a concierge/reception desk) then the person who signs for the package confirms receipt and is accountable for the package.

MAXIMUM ORDER

All orders below 25.000 Euros are fully insured. Over this amount we don’t accept orders.
